Woodland Recruiting
WTIA MEMBER DISCOUNT: 10% Off Recruiting Fee
Woodland Recruiting offers a flat fee, contingent on successful hire, that is broken into six, equal, monthly payments – the first of which is due 60 days after the employee’s start date. If the employee leaves, the billing stops.
Example: For a $100,000 position, you would pay an outside recruiter at least $20,000 on Day 30. As a WTIA member, you would pay Woodland Recruiting $3,000 on Day 60, $3,000 on Day 90, $3,000 on Day 120…and so forth for a total of six payments. If the employee leaves, you need only pay any outstanding invoices.
