The Washington Technology Industry Association launched the Olympic Chapter in October 2000. The Olympic Chapter serves the communities on the Olympic Peninsula, including the cities of Forks, Sequim, Port Angeles, Port Hadlock and Port Townsend as well as north Kitsap County. The mission of this chapter is to work with the local technology and business community to promote technology and economic development on the Olympic Peninsula and Kitsap County.

Currently the WTIA is looking for volunteers or a tech-based organization to partner with to host local events of interest to the technology community.
